Response to Valid Notices

Upon receiving a complete and valid notice we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the alleged infringing content within 72 hours.
  • Notify the uploader, if applicable.
  • Provide the counter-notification procedure if the uploader disputes the claim.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notice to the same email address with: your name, the specific URL affected, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was in error, and your consent to jurisdiction.
